Dear Seniors,
This is the annual increment and promotion time in our organization. I want to start a new system of intimating and congratulating about the promotions to all employees through internal mail. Can anyone suggest me whether they practice any thing like this in their organizations? Please share if you have any similar kind of mails.

Dear Ambika,
Thanks a lot for sharing those letter formats. But, I think I could not make myself clear on my last post. I have already intimated individually by handing over the promotion/increment letter. Now I want to announce about the promoted employees to all through internal mail to encourage all. I wanted to have the formats of those announcement letters.
If you have anything like that can you please share it with me , so that I can have some idea on that.
