I have recently joined in a company and i am totally confused about the joining process. The old culture of this company is providing soft-copy of offer-letter before joining date of selected candidates, and there is no process of proving any kind of letter on the day of joining.Provisional period is 3 months. So, I really unable to understand when to provide the offer letter to the new joined employees and when to provide the joining letter. I really need your suggestions, kindly help me.
