One of my friends is facing a big problem. Suddenly, one day his HR removed him from his company's WhatsApp group. The next day, when he asked about it, he was told that he would receive an email. His salary is on hold for the month of May, and his expenses are also on hold for April and May. HR and seniors are completely ignoring him.

Dear friend,
By reading the heading of the post, one feels that the HR was removed from the WhatsApp group or what. Nevertheless, on reading the post, one gets clarity. When the person was removed from the WA group, it showed that he had become "persona non grata." However, before withholding his salary, HR should have communicated clearly what the reason for holding the salary was. Anyway, as of now, let that employee put up an application to the Director or MD of the company seeking clarification. That is the first step.
Thanks,

What is the position your friend holds in the company?
Is the WhatsApp group an official group?
Your friend needs to meet HR to find out what is going on.
Putting things in writing would be the next course of action after meeting with HR and his HOD.

Dear Colleague,
It is obvious that such sudden actions point to what is waiting in the wings for you. Before the axe falls on you, try to find out what has gone wrong. If it is an unjust intention on the part of the management, take it up with the right authority to resolve this before it is too late.
