I have a query regarding ESIC, in an emergency i have admitted my wife in a private hospital in 8 month of pregnancy. Doctor suggested for immediate operation for Delivery that time i was not able to inform ESIC. , because of my ignorance towards ESI benefits, and I am listed in ESIC. and her medical expenses are more than my paying capacity.
Now we want claim his medical expenses form ESI department as I am paying contribution for ESIC since more then 2 years. is it possible to claim his expenses from ESIC in this case if yes than what is the complete procedure for this?

You may request the ESIC authority but may it will be not much fruitful because the ESIC if would had referred your wife to any private hospital, you may get the reimbursement unless no!
