We are having Head Office (HO) in Pune, and the branch is in Delhi. Every employee at the Delhi location is at the level of Deputy Manager, except for contract staff. I just wanted to know if we still need to pay the labor welfare fund. I tried to understand the notification, but it only states that employees at the managerial level are exempted. Can anyone help me in getting a clear understanding of the same?
