Dear Sir, I have not deducted pf amount from one of our staff’s salary for 4 months. Now can we deduct consolidated pf amount from his salary for 4 months.

Hi, You may deduct and pay arrears with interest and damages.

Your total deduction from gross salary including all heads can not exceed 50%. So you may not be able to deduct all the 4 months deductions at the same time but may need to stagger the same
