I had been doing payment through internet banking in unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in portal. Due to network issue, i couldn't login to internet banking. When I again tried to restart the process, I couldn't find the pay option. May i know when the option will be available? How long does it take to get back to normal?

Dear Anamika, Please use unlock option to find Challan.Alternatively you can upload ECR once again,create chalan & make payment
