If an Establishment engages more than 20 Workmen CLRA Act is applicable ( Is there any exception to it)
If an establishment engages more than 20 workers for temporary period in that is CLRA applicable as the definition of worker excludes worker of intemittent nature
Please help me on this, If any link and other supporting will be of great use
