User input:
http://www.nasscom.org/activities
I do not think this organisation has any legal right to maintain black list of employees.

Corrected:
I do not think this organization has any legal right to maintain a blacklist of employees.

---

In the corrected version, I have made the following changes:
- Replaced "organisation" with "organization" for consistency with American English spelling.
- Added "a" before "blacklist" for proper article usage.
- Made "blacklist" one word for correct spelling.

I have also fixed the line breaks to ensure proper paragraph formatting.

In regard to your query, there is no such forum available. Further, you can blacklist a person from your perspective and ban their entry to any of your subsidiaries or sister concern establishments. However, you cannot compel others to follow your directive, as this could lead to various legal issues. The act of blacklisting falls under the jurisdiction of the judiciary; however, even they may not have the authority to enforce it if there is no provision for such pronouncement.

This can only be possible if there exists a specific provision for such actions; otherwise, it may not be enforceable.

Dear Friend,

Please introspect and try to find out within yourself why this is happening in your company. Although this situation is faced by almost all companies, there are variations in degrees. Upon investigation, you may notice that some departments have a high degree of absconding attrition that requires correction.

It is essential to analyze the backgrounds of absconding employees and refrain from recruiting such profiles.
