What are the roles and responsibilities of a TPM coordinator/Manager? Will you have an external consultant to guide you through the various stages of TPM? What is the status of 5S in your organization, often a prerequisite for TPM? I have attached a PPT for you to develop on your own. Please see some details on Safety, Health, and Environment. Similarly, every other pillar will have different stages/milestones that need to be filled out by the TPM expert. Every KRA will have at least three goals with specific target dates. Collect the details from your colleagues and develop your own format fully.
