Will you have an external consultant to take you through the various stages of TPM?
What is the status of 5 S in your organization, often a prerequisite for TPM?

Similarly every other pillar will have different stages/ milestones that need to be filled up by the TPM expert. Every KRA will have at-least three goals with specific target dates.
