This is with regards to Talent acquisition and Recruitment difference. I am just going to study this topic in depth most of organization use the term of "Recruitment & Selection" and some of companies use Talent acquisition. I would like to understand the what exactly the difference. If any one can share me the details against this topic it would be great-full.

Some of the terms are more modern and contemporary. Filing is the old name for documentation control. Recruitment is the old term of talent acquisition, salary administration is for compensation & benefits, and so on.The terminologies are new but the function is same, unless somebody more brainy can teach me !
