I have completed my MBA in HR and since 1.3 years working as IT recruiter, currently, I am looking for better opportunity, better pay. So can anyone help me with which courses should I take so that it can lead me a good opportunity in life.

First things first.
You have to decide whether you want to be a generalist and climb the career ladder into a management role, or you can distill the aspects of the career you like best—teaching people, negotiating, the technical aspects, etc.—and become a niche specialist, depending on your aptitude.
1.3 years of service is too less to understand the depth and prospects of HR.
You can branch out to recruitment,HR entrprenuer(build your own successful company, )and hire someone else to run it and make passive income)
First learn all the aspects of HR by working for longer periods in a good firm.Money is important but in a firm if you get learning opportunities, challenges then stick around to get adequate exposure.
Knowledge is king, attitude is emperor.
