I have been going through the 'Health and Safety Measures' in Shops and establishment act but could find the guidelines/rules as clear as in the factories act. Whatever I could find in the Shops and establishment act is just like a vague thing without any specifications (Gave 2 or 3 line about Cleanliness, Ventilation, Precautions for the safety of employees in establishments, Maximum permissible load). Where can I get the complete guidelines or specifications to followed regarding 'Health and Safety Measures' in Shops and establishment act?
