Hello,
Please let me know how much should be the maternity leave for the women employees for the company which is a proprietorship?
Also, I want to know if an employee's performance is not found satisfactory even after being put in a PIP (Performance Improvement Program), does he/she get terminated directly, or is allowed to serve further notice? What is the payout like? Does the employee get salary for the consecutive month in case of termination?
