One candidate is there for whom we got a call for third party verification from some other company and who is still our employee and didn't submit resignation and told us because of huge family issue he/she is not able to come to office for last 15 days. Now another problem is we shared his/her profile to clients and from there we got to know his/ her 2 yrs exp is fake and this is an escalation for us. What action we can take for this kind a candidate please help me out....

Call the employee over to HR office along with his manager.
Discuss the matter with him and ask him to resign on his own without company being forced to take action.
Fake experience has become a major problem

I am sure the employee will understand it is better to quit on hos own rather than being dismissed.
