Dear Sir, I have a query related to gratuity.
I am working for Construction company Pvt. Ltd in Pune and got resigned. My organization not yet released payment of gratuity since last 14 Years
Please advise me what is the process of applying claim of gratuity? And Concerned authority address along with forms.
Recently I have sent Form- 1 to employer by Rg. Post after reading discussion on Citehr about Gratuity claim but not yet received reply from employer.

Dear Anamika, "not yet released payment of gratuity since last 14 Years" Has your company withholding your Gratuity from 14 Years? you should get your Gratuity for 14 Years Service?
The Employer should pay Gratuity within 1 Month from the date of Relieving.Approach Jurisdictional "Controlling Authority" /The Assistant Labour Commissioner with all relevant Documents for adjudication of matter

Dear Anamika, As already stated please wait for 1 Month from the date of relieving.Please check from your colleagues/Friends address of Labour Department.Relevant Documents:
Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Pay Slip containing your Last Drawn Basic+DA+VDA, Copy of your Application-Form-I for Gratuity, RPAD Receipt & acknowledgement Card, your Establishment Postal Address
