Company Profile and Company Policies are same !!!! Hardly.... Company profile talks about its origin, its owners, its business products or service, its branches, Vision, Mission, Values etc. Company Policies are on Safety, Security, Employment, Recruitment, Discipline, Career growth etc. So, you got confused with Profile and Policy.
