Hi, my vendor calculate salary based on 26 days based. So please advise this is correct or not

Hi Manoj,
For a monthly salaries employee, the calculation need to done with maximum number of the days as a denominator for division. For a daily worker, it need to be with 26 days, so please check on what module your vendor is working.
Also be noted that wages for daily and monthly employees prescribed by minimum wage authority is different as daily wage is on slightly higher side due to no extension of holiday or leave.

As per my understanding , daily and monthly rated wages not differ because in daily rated wages weekly off amount also considered during fixation of wage by authority

As per the law the employee / worker will be eligible for a day off with pay on working for 48 hrs ie., after working for 6 days / one day weekly off with pay hence the total wages / salaries are to be divided by 26 days hence your vendor is correct in the calculation.
