Hi Rashmi,

Yes, you can withdraw your PF amount without resigning from your job. You can verify your Aadhar KYC in your UAN portal, and it should be approved by your employer. Alternatively, you can apply for PF advance via a manual form.

Dear Rashmi,

First, you can activate your UAN through UAN Member Portal. Then, you can update your KYC details like Aadhar, PAN, and Bank account information. After successfully updating your KYC, it will be approved by your employer in the EPF employer portal using a Digital Signature.

Following approval from your employer, you can apply for a PF advance claim on your UAN member portal. This process involves submitting an online claim using Aadhar. Alternatively, you can apply manually with a claim form through Non-Aadhar Seeding, which is accessible online. Fill out the form, obtain the signature from your employer with an authorized seal, attach copies of your Aadhar, PAN, and Bank passbook, and submit the manual form to the PF office.
