Dear Awards,

What is your designation? In what department do you work? To whom do you report? When it comes to "Company Development," it is the top management that is responsible for that. Therefore, it would not be fair to jump to their level.

If you are working in HR, you can add value by introducing performance measures at various levels. These could be at the organization's level, at the department's level, and at the individual level. It is these measures that will bring out the real worth of HODs, their departments, and individuals too.

Being worked as the same MIS Solution architect in FMCG Dubai, here are a few points your MD is expecting from you as an IT person. Some assumptions are that you are having the below data (otherwise, you need to build a data ecosystem):

1. Sales Metrics (What are our revenue-making products)
2. Marketed Campaign Performance (where to focus your campaigns)
3. Customer Insights (Age/Income level/race/shop frequency/Cust_Ratio)
4. Human Resource Insights
5. Financial Insights like Budget/variance reports

Many more KPIs can be added as per the management focus and its relative data availability.
