Dear Sir, I'm working in Dubai since 4 years. My company was not able to pay my salary since 10 months and they are not even canceling my visa. So i decided to go to India. Can I cancel my visa from India on my own. Because the company is going to close this year. Please advice me also how can I get my salary

I am basically confused on your statements so I will answer the best I can.
My questions are: How can you get your salary if you are in India? How you left Dubai and they allowed you to leave when you're still working with them?
Anyway, I see 2 questions here:
1. For the Visa: Normally visa's have their own expiration dates as I understand. Visa does not need to be cancelled I suppose and it will just expire on its own.
2. For your salary: Communicate with your company's HR about your salary. Only your HR can answer how you can get your salary. Just ensure that all out-processing is done properly and that you get your employment certificate.
