Can someone help me with the internal recruitment policy/process?

For example, the current practice involves team managers/project managers sending requirements to HR. Subsequently, HR downloads profiles through job portals, screens the candidates, and then lines them up for a technical round. When we share profiles with team managers/project managers, they request 4-5 days to schedule interviews, and technical rounds do not occur on the same day. The 1st technical round (written) is held on a specific day, while the 2nd technical round (Machine Test) is scheduled for another day.

I aim to implement a streamlined process to share with team managers/project managers so that the recruitment process is efficient, and all interview rounds can be conducted in a single day. Shortlisting, PIR Round (conducted by HR), and both technical rounds should take place on the same day, all in one go.
