Some body who wants guide you will have to know the averge salary of last 5 years. . If is 10,000.pansion Calculation will be as below:
Past service:16 years.
Past Pension: 135**5.235 (factor for less than 22 years)=707.6=707
Actual pension say 10,000 *21/70=3000
Total 3707
