Please let me know the pension calculation from EPS and how much pension will I get.
Date of Birth of Member: 11/5/1959
Date of Joining PF: 01/08/1979
Date of Retirement/Pension: 10/05/2017
Past service i.e. up to 15/11/1995 (salary above 2500)

I am not an expert. Somebody who wants to guide you will have to know the average salary of the last 5 years. If it is $10,000, pension calculation will be as below:
Past service: 16 years.
Past pension: 135 * 5.235 (factor for less than 22 years) = 707.6 = 707.
Actual pension, let's say $10,000 * 21/70 = $3,000.
Total: $3,707.
