I joined the company in 2013. From 2013 to 2017 (4 years), the company was an LLP. In April 2017, the company registered as a Pvt Ltd. Then, the company opened another new member ID in the same UAN account. Now, I have two member IDs (old and new).

I want to know if I can withdraw the old PF balance.

In this case, you can withdraw. You have to follow the following process.

You have to apply for an online transfer from the previous PF account to the current PF account. For this, there is an option online. Then you can apply for withdrawal.

Dear member,

Firstly, confirm whether your UAN is activated or not. You can easily follow the procedure suggested by Ramraj Sir. Similarly, check the status to see if it has been completed. Apply for the "Annexure K" from the EPFO department for your assurance and authentication regarding the transfer of the PF accumulation from the old account to the new one. There have been various glitches found in the EPFO system.

You can request "Annexure K" from the PF authority by registering on EPFiMS (register for grievance) from the EPFO Dashboard.

Regards,
Ravi
