Dear Sir/Madam,

If I operate pan India with headquarters in a city, and have 2-3 employees in all other locations, I am unable to provide them with ESIC benefits. ESIC registration requires a minimum of 10 employees in a city. Would group insurance for medical and compensation adequately cover my statutory liabilities?

Thank you.

Please obtain sub-codes for location if the area is under ESI Act & pay the ESI contributions.

1. What is the total number of employees in the organisation? 2. In how many cities they are located? 3. What is the level of these employees? On the basis of above information advice can be given.
