We are a 3 years old IT consulting and staffing company with consultants working at client location.
Our offer letter and CTC does not include bonus and we have people with 7000 to 21000 basic salary.
Kindly guide us whether Bonus payment is mandatory if we don have a bonus component as part of CTC and Offer letter.
