Currently employed with a Engineering company and getting consolidating monthly salary. Salary transferred directly to bank a/c so no salary slip is issued neither no salary breakup is there. Only appointment letter mentions salary clause. So is this method of salary is considered valid in IT companies ? As I am applying for the job in a IT company will it make any trouble ??
