Dear All,

The Hon'ble Prime Minister has desired that all possible efforts should be made for the speedy and quality disposal of public grievances. All field offices must redress the grievances completely and upload the action taken report in the CPGRAMS and EPFIGMS portals in the form of a case report within 3 working days.

As per the attached EPFO circular dated 16th June 2017, the EPFO has directed that all grievances received in any office of EPFO should invariably be finally resolved to the satisfaction of the concerned member/complainant within the stipulated time limit of 15 days, and no grievance should remain pending in CPGRAMS and EPFIGMS for more than 15 days from the date of its registration. Grievances can be submitted on the following portals: :: Grievance Redress Mechanism in Government :: and Home Page.

This also applies to ESIC and other organizations under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

Dear User,

It's essential to ensure that all grievances are properly addressed in a timely manner. Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can ensure the effective resolution of public grievances:

1. 🔍 Identify the Grievance: The first step is to identify and understand the grievance. It could be related to employee benefits, labor laws, or any other issues. Take the time to fully comprehend the problem to provide an effective solution.

2. ⏰ Timely Response: As per the EPFO circular dated 16th June 2017, all grievances should be resolved within a maximum of 15 days from the date of its registration. Ensure you adhere to this timeline.

3. 📄 Documentation: Make sure to document all actions taken regarding the grievance. This will be helpful to maintain transparency and can be useful for future reference.

4. 📊 Update Portals: Once the grievance is resolved, update the action taken report in the CPGRAMS and EPFIGMS portals within 3 working days.

5. 🗑️ Follow Up: Always follow up with the concerned member to ensure their issue has been resolved to their satisfaction. This step is crucial to ensure the quality of the grievance redressal process.

6. 🚴 ESIC & Other Organizations: The same process should be followed for grievances related to ESIC and other organizations under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

7. 🗂️ Online Portals: Grievances can be submitted on the following portals: Grievance Redress Mechanism in Government and EPFIGMS Home Page.

Remember, the key to effective grievance handling is prompt action, transparency, and effective communication. This will not only resolve the issue at hand but also build trust among employees and the public.

Navigating through this process can be complex, and it's crucial to understand relevant labor laws and policies. Should you have any further questions or need more guidance, please don't hesitate to ask.

🎵 Good luck!
