I need to take the department wise direct and indirect cost occurred on manpower.
What all are the elements should cover in Direct Cost? and what should cover in Indirect Cost?

For e.g. if you consider Recrutiment Deparmtent you can identify both direct and indirect costs as follows:
Direct Cost
Salaries paid to all the Recruiters (Including PF)
Any bonuses paid
Indirect Cost
Advertising Cost
- In Newspaper
- In Portals
- Recruitment Consultant fees paid for sourcing of profiles
In-Tangile Items
- Tabel and Chair Cost
- Computer Cost
