Hi, can anyone suggest an activity around collaboration for a group of 10 Band D population? The group meets for the first time, and even though at times they end up working in silos as the work may demand them to. The importance of collaborating and mutually supporting each other needs to be brought out. It is a senior group, and hence it has to be impactful.

Dear Puja,

I conduct a training program on "Leadership and Motivation". The main focus of this training is simulation on collaboration. In my debriefing, I discuss the following points:

a) How collaboration saves time and resources
b) Just bringing collaboration here and there does not help. We need to create a culture of collaboration
c) Collaboration must lead to cost reduction or a reduction in the turnaround time of certain processes

My training helps participants generate ideas for cost reduction. Through this simulation, I assure my clients of a return on investment (ROI) from my training. Please feel free to contact me for further information. Rest assured, participants will feel like they are entering a different world during the simulation. For any additional queries, please contact me.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
