There is no registration required under the act. The act becomes applicable to an org which employees 10 more employees or when its manpower reaches to the figure of 10.

As of now, there is no registration for Gratuity. There is a Form - A, which needs to be filled to be applicable for the Payment of Gratuity Act. After 5 years of your continuous service, it becomes a statutory obligation of the company for your gratuity amount.
