The HR role is very essential for an organization. HR works at a management level, handling tasks such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, grievance handling, statutory work like EPF, ESIC, LWF, PT, licensing, and returns. Additionally, they coordinate with middle and lower-level employees, implement and maintain strategy policies, and oversee administration.
