Hi All,
we have started one RMC plant which is in near by bangalore..we have to know- how we have to give break up for all salary holders..how much percentage we have to give for each component( basic,HRa, conveyance....)
ex:- let us assume- we have 25 employees and range of salaries like 8000 to 80000.
how we have to give break.. and what are the components we have to choose.
how much percentage we have to fix as basic??
does special allowance component create any problems???
how we have to claculate PF?? if we take 60% on gross salary it would be burden for employer..
please let me know how i need to prepare salary calculations for my employees..

Helo there,
you can fix Basic like 50 - 60% and HRA is depends on location and you follow like 30%-50% and rest of the things consider as different allowance like Transport, food, other. PF is fixed as 24% includes employer share. ESI is applicable if the employee gross salary is lesser than or equal 21000.
Deduction on PT based on state govt slab.

You need to take basic, DA and HRA as per minimum wages prescribed as per your state. You may keep 200-300 rupees more in basic in compare to current minimum wages. This will help you to reduce burden of PF while calculating CTC for the employer.
