I want to know what is the legal obligation for an employer in Haryana state if he is employing approx 50 contract labours including females except getting Registration certificate under CLA.

1. EPF Act will apply.
2. ESI Act will apply.
3. Payment of Bonus Act will apply.
4. Payment of gratuity act will apply.
5. Professional tax will apply if applicable.
6. HRA Act if applicable in Haryana will apply.
7. If it is a factory, Factories Act will also apply obviously.
