Need your opinion. I was working as an employee at one place and took projects as a business consultant from other NGOs as well as profit-making companies. All of them were without any pay or compensation; I took on these projects only because I wanted to learn things.
When my employer found out about this, he fired me. I accepted the termination, but not the reason, as they labeled it as dual employment, and I knew that I was not an employee of any other organization.
The reason for acceptance was "Abusive language by employer" - "Dhakkhe mar ke bahar nikalo sale ko".
Now, they are not releasing my F&F amount and not even replying to my emails. When I called HR, she said that the Director of the institution refused to release the amount because I was fired for serious reasons and told me not to call her but to contact the Directors directly.
There was no investigating committee where I was given a chance to speak or state my facts.
It's been a month, and I have not received any termination letter or F&F money yet.
Please suggest how to proceed.
