The government has fixed PF administrative charges at 0.65% of pay, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500 per month per establishment from April 1, 2017. In the case of non-functional units, the monthly minimum charge will be Rs. 75. There will be no charges under EDLI. A copy of the notification dated March 15, 2017, regarding this matter is attached.

So there is no charges of EDLI means 0.5% of EDLI is no need to pay Or establishment charges are changed from 0.85 to 0.65

Can any one clarify that EDLI charges(0.5%) and its admin charges(0.01%).... both are removed or only EDLI admin charges(0.01%) is removed?

Dear Mr. Gaurav, It is final Notification and effective from the salary for April,2017 onwords. As far as EDLI Admn charge is concerned it is temporary.

As per our earlier discussion, the PF admin charges will be 13.16%. Please advise whether we should make the payment to A/c No. 22. If not, the PF admin charges will be 13.15%.
