I am in the process of revamping the HR guidelines, employee benefits, leaves, allowances, appraisal format, employee benefit programs, etc., for our advertising agency. I am looking for inputs from Bombay, Bangalore, or Delhi-based advertising agencies so that I would know if what we are offering is at par with the industry standard.
