Dear All,
I worked at a healthcare company for eight months. During that time, my salary was Rs. 60,000 per month, but after deductions, I am receiving Rs. 54,000 every month. Rs. 6,000 is deducted as TDS, but upon checking in the month of March, I found that only Rs. 17,000 has been submitted to the TDS office. I worked for eight months, totaling Rs. 48,000, yet I have not received one month's salary. Every time, the employer gives excuses, stating there is a fund problem, but in reality, there seems to be no such issue. Dear friends, please suggest where I can lodge a complaint. I have sent two complaints to the labor office's email address over the last four months, but we have not received any response. Please advise as he is treating multiple employees in the same manner.

First of all, please let me know, have you received your payslip for all months and is the TDS amount mentioned? If yes, then please visit your nearest Income Tax department and submit a written complaint regarding your TDS. This should be submitted at your PAN-issued jurisdiction circle, and please collect your acknowledgment copy of the same.
Regarding your salary, please visit your nearest labor office, meet with the Assistant Labor Commissioner (ALC), and submit a written complaint. Please remember to collect your acknowledgment copy of the same.
