I have completed 4 years in my company & want to know the total balance till now. Whenever I login to UAN portal and try to download passbook, I am getting the following error message: Error: 504 Gateway Timeout.
Since many months am getting this error. I am using Google Chrome. I tried other browsers and mobile application too but no success.
I tried the helpdesk. I went to EPFO website and clicked on EPFO helpdesk. Then I clicked on problem type and selected passbook problem, entered my registered phone number and UAN number, then selected member id. Then clicked on Submit and I am getting the following message: “As your establishment is exempted under EPF act, please contact your HR for Passbook/Balance”

EPF passbook is a feature only for employees of "exempted establishments." If your establishment is registered under EPFO and submitting contributions to EPFO only, then it would be visible. Otherwise, you have to contact the alternate trust body, which is maintained by the establishment for your records.
