Is Letter Of Intent With CTC And Joining A Confirmation Letter?

Hii all, I need your valuable suggestion .
I got a letter on intent from L&T also get CTC structure from them , I sign and confirm my date of joining to them .
Can please tell me that , that is my confirmation or not ?

Hi Jitesh,
The letter which you had received is the offer for employment. On your date of joining, you will receive an appointment letter and after your probation period, based on your performance, the company will issue you job confirmation letter.

Its fair enough .Congratulations!!!
Your signature agreeing on DOJ is sufficient and you did right thing . In fact L&T wanted you to confirm date of joining so that they can proceed an action plan wrt you, your would be HOD etc. .
