Whether it is establishment or factory? What is the quantum of annual leave under the establishment act? If it is fixed annual leave, then you have to divide it by 12 months to arrive at the monthly prorata leave. If an employee has worked for more than half of the working days, then he/she will be eligible for prorata leave for that month.
