I am looking to find an good format for proposal Quotation to send to principal contractor for supply of Civil Works manpower to a construction site. We are the sub-contractor firm just started my business to supply the civil manpower to Principal contractor and the principal contractor is directly working under Client Company. Principal contractor will pay to us on work measurement basis. Rate of measurement will be as follow.
1. Bar Bending - 3800 rupees per Metric ton.
2. Shuttering - 150 per sft.
We want to send quotation for above rate with increased the price rate ( 4500 Rs. Per MT and 200 per sft. ) Which they would review and agreed will signed if agreed. Kindly provide me the format for the same. It may contain:
1. Proposal for Labour supply
2. Table for Labour rates
3. Terms & condition to provide Labour
4. Payment terms & Declaration
