Good morning all of you.
i was worked in pvt ltd company past 11 months.when i was joined give security deposit for 1 year as a one salary amt & he give back after completing 1 year.company condition give resign before 1 year than fore fitted but i am not give resign but he terminated.my one year completed just remaining 11 days.my last month salary and deposit fore fitted and told me you take legal action. plz guide me. which i take legal action?

Then you take legal action.
1) Find an advocate and send him a notice mentioning what is due to you From POST REGISTERED AD.
2) Go to labour department under payment of wages act along with shops and establishment act.
3) Register a FIR with police under section 420 that is cheating.
4) Find a Trade Union of your industry and ask for help.
