Hi, I'm Melanie Chin. I would like to inquire about the issue regarding the offer of employment appointments. Is it an important agreement for work because it includes contractual obligations and a notice period for a binding contract period of twenty-seven months? However, should the length of service be less than twenty-seven months, the total amount of salary remaining in the bond period shall be paid to the company.
Termination of your service will require two months' written notice or payment of two months' basic salary in lieu of notice, but only after twenty-seven months of employment. Does labor law approve of this matter even if you have not served for twenty-seven months? Should I pay according to this contract in such a situation?

Thank you for the information. I have a question: If the first contract does not mention anything about not being able to get pregnant during the probation period, can I continue to work? I am almost three months pregnant now, and they have raised an issue regarding the second confirmation letter. I am required to pay $2200 for training expenses. I will be entitled to two months of maternity leave, but medical fees are not covered. I will need to reimburse the training expenses after 27 months. I have attached an image of the second letter I received. I would like to know if the company is within their rights to request this. Thank you.
