Dear sir,
if an employee basic salary 10000 and da 1000 and paid days 15 than what would be the gross salary and pf amount. Pls suggest me about this . And there is another problem that we divide the salary 26 or 30 give a specific reason .

salary is monthly inclusive of sundays / divided by 30 ...............................................
wages is daily multiplied by daily wages , X26 or monthly wages /26 x number of days worked , no work no pay, no pay for weekly off
