I am working with an engineering manufacturing company. The company was started in Chennai, and recently they have shifted the factory to Gujarat, and we are planning to shift the ROC to Gujarat.
My question is, in this scenario, will the Bonus Act be applicable to our company? Please suggest.

I think that the doubt as to whether the change of location of the existing establishment would confer the benefits of a newly set-up establishment provided for in sec.16 of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 has prompted this question.
