hello, can any one give me perfect calculation for Bonus as per new amendment (i.e.15000 to 20000 salary) ?

Bonus calcluation =IF(Basic>21000,0,IF(Basic>7000,7000,Basic))
Total amount per month(annual)*8.33% then we find Bonus. (satauary ,below 21000)
AND
Above 21000 it's /- CALL IT AS EX-GRATIA.

As per new bonus notification employees minimum wages (Basic + DA ) to be taken for calculation i.e Wages /26 = per day wages x working days of month, total of 12 months wages and 8.33% of total 12 months wages. Regards Laxman
