In FY 2015-16 one of our employee has worked 356 days out of 365 total 9 leave 2 leave in may, 3 leave in july, 1 leave in november, 2 leave in january and 1 leave in march, however our
State minimum wagaes was for the period of APril to september 7134/- and for october to march 2016 was 7460/- employee basic salary is 8000 PM. Please let me know how much bonus will be payable to this employee.

Weather bonus will be calculate on
7000 or on state minimum wages or on 8000/-
As per sec 12 bonus will be calculate either
On 7000 ceiling limit or on minimum wages
for scheduled employed whichever is higher hence bonus should be calculate
On state minimum wages which is higher then 7000

Mr. Sandi Joshi is Correct. The salary has to be worked out proportionately and accordingly the Bonus will also reduced based on working days
