Dear All,
i just wanted some advice if an private employer can suddenly change the terms and conditions of your employment without consent for no reason and without notice deduct more that 75 percent of your wages as he says the salary has been changed from the past two months and this is the new salary without consent from an employee who has been working for over three years.

Dear Expat2020,
Before giving any comments it is important to know the background of the case. Therefore, please confirm the following:
1. Your date of join, designation etc
2. Were that person involved in any misconduct? If yes, then was any domestic enquiry was conducted?
3. Were there any strained relations with the employee?
4. Could salary reduction be a ploy to drive employee away?
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
