Hi,
There are a few questions you need to clarify more about:
1. Have you been working for the last two years in the same company, and has your appraisal been done? If yes, what were your last ratings, or are there any concerns highlighted to you during the performance discussion?
2. Were you married before joining this organization, or not?
3. What kind of organization are you working in, and at which level?
4. Have you informed your supervisor about your pregnancy before these new developments?
5. What is the notice period as per the appointment letter?
In any case, the organization cannot force you to resign without any dialogs/communications or a PIP process on the grounds of non-performance. Please consult with the Local Labor Officer. You may lose the job or may resign in the future because of a bad relationship, but you will get all your compensations applicable to you.
Thanks,
